2. COMMERCIAL NATURE OF THE STORE
Livo Ocean is an independent commercial publisher and seller of Christian educational and devotional digital products.
Transactions completed through the store are purchases of digital products. They are not charitable donations, tax-deductible contributions, sponsorships, or gifts to a nonprofit organization.
No charitable receipt or tax-deduction documentation will be issued for a product purchase.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all original Livo Ocean text, exercises, study structures, worksheets, journals, graphics, illustrations, layouts, product names, logos, branding, and downloadable resources are owned by or licensed to ERIK R CEJA LIMITED.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

4. PERSONAL-USE LICENSE
A valid purchase grants one individual purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product for personal, noncommercial study.
Unless written permission is provided, customers may not:
• share or forward digital files;
• publish or upload download links;
• reproduce copies for another person;
• distribute materials to a church, ministry, class, group, or organization;
• resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the materials;
• remove copyright or ownership notices;
• claim Livo Ocean content or designs as their own;
• create and sell substantially similar derivative materials; or
• use the content to train or supply data to an artificial-intelligence system.
Group, church, classroom, ministry, or organizational use requires separate written authorization when applicable.
5. SCRIPTURE AND THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
Bible book names, Scripture references, and brief quotations may be used for educational, devotional, commentary, and identification purposes.
Individual Bible translations, third-party trademarks, service names, platforms, images, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
Reference to a third-party name, translation, platform, church, ministry, pastor, author, or organization does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.
6. RELIGIOUS INDEPENDENCE
Unless expressly stated on a product page, Livo Ocean is not affiliated with or endorsed by any specific church, denomination, ministry, Bible publisher, religious institution, pastor, author, or public figure.
Theological and devotional content is provided in good faith for personal education, reflection, prayer, and Christian growth.
Customers remain responsible for reading cited Scripture in context, exercising personal judgment, and seeking guidance from appropriate religious or professional advisers.
